Construction update from the Central Street Consortium | In early August, crews continue the interior build-out on the field level and main concourse, progressing with concrete masonry and metal stud framing. Fireproofing is coming along on the main and upper concourses, as is ductwork and electrical overhead.
On the exterior, installation has started on canopy truss sections. Onsite sewer work has begun from the south to the west side.
And, away from the site, sewer and underground utility work is moving along at Chancellor Street and Asbury Avenue. Finally, crews are preparing for underground electrical utility work that starts in the Ryan Field west parking lot and then crosses Ashland Avenue toward the stadium.
