 In response to feedback from the City and our neighbors, we are increasing the frequency of our construction communications. In addition to our monthly construction newsletter, weekly website updates and social media notices, we will now provide a brief weekly progress summary to help keep the community informed.
This week, Ryan Field construction crews are making progress on the following elements of the project:
• Stadium seat anchor and support system installation.
• General admission-style seating installation and detailing on the east upper bowl.
• Student bleacher standing handrail installation.
• East side north end storm trap backfill and compaction.
• East side south end storm trap continues precast concrete structure installation and excavation/hauling.
• Interior light gauge metal framing partitions.
• Hanging and finishing drywall at the field level.
• Concrete masonry work on the field level, main concourse and upper concourse, as well as elevator shafts and mechanical shafts.
• Exterior framing and sheathing at upper levels on west side elevation.
• Exterior facade framing system on the north side proceeding to the northwest.
• Limestone panels insulation installation on the east side.
• Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection throughout the stadium.
• Overhead MEP pipe insulation within the stadium.
• MEP in-wall rough-in on all levels of the stadium.
• Metal decking operations for the markets and concessions located on the upper concourse.
• Ribbon board enclosure and railing system erection and detailing.
• Expansion joint canopy roofing.
• Sheet metal detailing at canopy roof inner fascia.
• Detail work at the canopy underside lighting systems.
• West elevation club glazing system framing installation.
• Subroof installation at the southside main concourse and upper concourse scoreboards.
• Spray foam insulation operation.
• Miscellaneous metal and steel stair installation.
• Ceramic wall tile installation in main concourse restrooms.
• Loading dock concrete slab on-grade.
• Concrete masonry operation at dock perimeter.
• Grading and demolition work at the northwest end of the site in preparation for site improvements.
